Dinner and a Show

We stumbled into the Mainstreet Mercantile in Duvall one night and did not regret it. This restaurant is owned and ran by the same person who owns and runs Flavour Bistro (I recently did a review on them as well). Given this, we had high expectations as we absolutely loved Flavour Bistro. There was live music going on that night, which I always love! As always, I like to talk about the food, overall service and atmosphere when doing a restaurant review.

We started the night off with Duck Bruschetta. It was so delightful! We really like bruschetta and it was a nice change up to the standard bruschetta. For our main entrees, we tried the Lamb Chops and the White Fish Piccata. They were both very delicious (the fish was delicious according to my husband since I cannot have seafood)! I usually try to have something that is not always common, which is why I went with the lamb chops. It was so good and I loved the orzo, tomatoes and veggies on the side! I thought they were a perfect combo. We were recommended to have the Gelato for dessert, and it was a wonderful recommendation. It was a perfect ender to the lamb chops and white fish. I will admit though, I do not fully remember what flavors we tried or have photo evidence as we pretty much demolished it. Like I said, it was delicious!
